Carcase

In 18 mm thick water-repellent (swelling after 24 hours 10% max) particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class F**** under Japanese standard JIS A 1460), covered on both sides, with Wax melamine finish for the White carcase, Sandy for the Aluminium Grey carcase, mat for the Oak Decapé carcase, Grain for the Absolute White Oak Dark Oak and Grey Oak carcases and As for the Teak carcase. Front edge in ABS (1 mm thick) and laminate edging (0.3 mm thick) on the remaining sides.

SHELVES

In 18 mm thick particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class E1), covered on both sides, with mat melamine finish.
Edging in thin laminate 0.3 mm thick and front edge in ABS 1 mm thick.

GLASS SHELVES

6 mm thick tempered glass slab (8 mm for
120 cm units) with polished bevelled edges.

BACK PANEL

Fibreboard panel with water-based varnish finish, colour white 3 mm thick for White, Aluminium Grey, Absolute White Oak and Grey Oak carcases, colour Cream for Dark Oak, Oak Decapé and Teak carcases.

Water-repellent (see footnote) particle board panels with low formaldehyde content (class E1) covered with reconstructed veneer (multilayered wood on HPL - high pressure laminate - substrates) available in various colours, with 1 mm thick aluminium edging.

LAMINATE DOOR WITH ALUMINIUM EDGE

Water-repellent (see footnote) particle board panels 19 mm thick with low formaldehyde content (class E1) covered with mat or gloss laminate  available in various colours, with 1 mm thick aluminium edging.

LAMINATE DOOR WITH ABS EDGE

Water-repellent (see footnote) particle board panels 19 mm thick with low formaldehyde content (class E1) covered with mat or gloss laminate  available in various colours, with 1.5 mm thick ABS edging in the same colour as the laminate.

Fibreboard (Medium Density) panel 19 mm thick, with low formaldehyde content (class E1), with melamine surface, edges with polyester primer, gloss, mat or metallic lacquered, available in various colours.

Glass door with frame in Steel-finish Aluminium.

Door with frame in Steel-finish Aluminium:
tempered, screen-printed sheet glass 4mm thick with non-transparent or semitransparent frosting.

Drawers and baskets

DRAWERS DEPTH 50 CM

Aluminium sides; Grey melamine bottom panel 16 mm thick; Grey painted metal back panel.
On fully pull-out galvanised metal runners, calibrated to withstand high dynamic loads (50 Kg). Drawer front vertical and horizontal position can be adjusted.
Blumotion closure system for drawers with handle and Tip-on opening/closing system on all other drawer types.

PULL-OUT BASKETS DEPTH 50 CM

Aluminium sides and side rails; Grey melamine bottom panel 16 mm thick; Grey painted metal back panel.
On fully pull-out galvanised metal runners, calibrated to withstand high dynamic loads (50 Kg). Basket front vertical and horizontal position can be adjusted.
Blumotion closure system for basket fronts with handle and Tip-on opening/closing system on all other basket types.
Pull-out baskets depth 45 cm for sink base units.

In Aluminium 98 or 148 mm high, with bottom trim in plastic, or in PVC with Teak, Foscari Oak and Dark Oak finish.

CORNICE SHELF

Particle board panel, 30 mm thick, with low formaldehyde content (class E1), covered with White Oak Pore finish or Grey laminate with edge in ABS and lacquered in various colours.

SHELVES
